Dr. Alisa Elliot created Chrysalis Spectrum in 2017 with the goal to provide in-home personal care service at an affordable cost while giving exceptional care. Dr. Elliot has over 25 years of experience in direct one-on-one care with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a special needs sibling, Dr. Elliot understands the importance of having quality in-home personal care.
